Welcome to Run On!

Toby Graham

A native to Dallas, Toby graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Business. She then led project management initiatives, facilitated corporate training, and managed a documentation and training team for Ross Perot's Dallas-based company, PerotSystems, for seven years before becoming a full-time mom.

Now, serving with PowerPoint Ministries with Jack Graham for the past five years, Toby also co-authors the ministry's Women of Design newsletter which ministers to thousands of women world-wide, challenging them to lead balanced spiritual and physical lives.

Toby is a certified personal trainer by the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas and an RRCA certified running coach. She has a passion for helping women achieve total body wellness: body, mind, and spirit. Most recently she created "Core Values - Get Fit from the Inside Out", a wellness camp for women at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas where she instructs weekly. She also enjoys coaching 101 and 201 running classes for RunOn at the Prestonwood location.

Toby has been an avid runner for the past eight years participating in numerous road races. She also enjoys strength training, yoga, and spin class on a regular basis.

Toby is most blessed to be married to her wonderful husband Jason of thirteen years and the mom to Ian, her 5-year-old son. Together, they form a very cool Wii RockBand in which Toby plays the bass guitar.
