| Running 101 & Early Bird 101 |
Running 101 is a 6 week program designed for the beginner; the 101 class has three levels.
Two groups running and walking, and one continuous running group. Discussion topics
include injury prevention, stretching, form, cross training, racing, shoes, apparel and

Mockingbird, Coppell, & McKinney classes are on
Tuesdays and Thursdays
beginning at 7:15 pm.
Richardson classes are on Mondays and Thursdays beginning at 7:15 pm.
Early Bird morning class will meet at the Jewish Community Center on Tuesdays and
Thursdays beginning at 5:30 am.
Registration can be completed on-line at GetMeRegistered.com. Forms are
available at all of the four Run On! stores, and a registration form is also
available on this website.
Print the form, complete it, and return it to one of the Run On! stores.
