Speed & Early Bird Speed
 
The Speed Class is a three phase program designed to improve your 5K and 10K race performance.  Workouts to improve your speed include base building, strength, form & mechanics, running economy, hill & repetition training, intervals, ladders, threshold running, sharpening.

Fees:  Each six-week phase costs $90 separately.  All three classes cost $225 (no other discounts apply).

Speed Classes are sponsored by Mizuno, Feetures, and Sportswash.

Mockingbird, Coppell, & McKinney classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays
beginning at 7:15 pm.
Richardson classes are on Mondays and Thursdays beginning at 7:15 pm.
Early Bird morning class will meet at the Jewish Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning at 5:30 am.

Registration can be completed on-line at GetMeRegistered.com.   Forms are available at all of the four Run On! stores, and a  registration form is also available on this website.  Print the form, complete it, and return it to one of the Run On! stores.
